Legendary Polish climber Krzyszdof Wielicky's meets UAAA president on his visit to UMFF, Korea > News

Legendary Polish climber Krzyszdof Wielicky visited to UAAA office, Seoul, Korea. During his visit as a UMCA(Ulju Mountain Culture Award) winner, one of Ulju International Mountain Film Festival programs(UMFF), he visited to UAAA office and met Dr. Lee, president of UAAA. Wielicky born in 1950, got the summit of all fourteen 8,000m peak and he has a legendary record of Winter first summit on Mt. Everest in 1980, Winter summit of Mt. Everest in 1980 and Winter first summit of Mt. Kanchenjunga in 1986. He got a lifetime achievement of Piolet D'or. His autobiographical film, To be, is one of outstanding mountain films in UMFF, 2022.
