Location: Chongqing, China

Participants:  According to the UAAA philosophy, in addition to the conference delegates, We warmly welcome all mountaineers who wish to join UAAA or who hold UAAA

in great significance to participate in this event.

Fee :

Participation Fee (includes room, meals, local transportation, attraction tickets, etc. ) :

* King Bed Room ( single use ): 800 USD for 4 nights ( 5 days )

* Double Room ( two people share ): 720 USD for 4 nights ( 5 days )

Participants who need to attend the GA meeting on May 17th will be required to pay an additional registration fee of 100 USD

** Note: Payment will be made when check-in, and must be made in cash.

** The organizer only provides accident insurance during the event.

VISA AND TRAVEL

For visa invitation letter, please contact Zhang Lijie (lijie_cma@126.com).

We need the following information from all participants to send you an invitation letter. Please send the information of all participants from your delegate together in one table, looking like the following example.

Please do not forget to attach a scanned copy of the passport.

Note: If you require an official invitation letter from the Chinese Olympic Committee (COC) to apply for a visa, please contact us at least six weeks in advance. This will allow sufficient time to obtain the invitation letter and process the visa application.
